  • Passionate about working on issues of HIV/AIDS, sexual health, and social justice

  • Want to connect with and contribute to the South Asian community

  • Interested in getting involved in one or more of our programs

What you can expect

  • Orientation and training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to volunteer. (Offered three times a year, Core Skills Training includes workshops on HIV transmission, risk,  HIV treatment information and an introduction to anti-homophobia, anti-sexism, and anti-racism. This is a basis to other program specific training sessions)

  • Skill development

  • Job and event postings

  • Volunteer hours and reference letters after 6 months of consistent volunteering

  • Valuable experience with a community-based health organization

  • A growing professional network
