SAATHII - Campaign for Open Minds
Launched October 11, 2009, the Campaign for Open Minds is one of the many efforts to end homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in India. This online campaign is a response to the alarming surge in attempts at conversion therapy and other negative reactions to increased visibility of LGBT people, following Delhi High Court’s historic July 2 2009 decision decriminalizing homosexuality.

South Asia Against AIDS Foundation (SAAAIDS) - South Asia Against AIDS Foundation, Inc. (SAAAIDS) is a U.S.-based not-for-profit organization whose mission is to create a public/private  partnership between NGOs, governments, corporations, foundations and  individuals to raise resources to combat the spread of the HIV/AIDS virus in  South Asia.  SAAAIDS' strategy includes the creation of a highly effective multi-million dollar NGO Investment Fund whereby our Board of Directors  strategically invest in local NGOs doing exemplary HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment work in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka on an  annual basis. To the best of our knowledge, SAAAIDS is the first non-profit organization established by professional South Asians in the U.S. to deal  exclusively with the HIV/AIDS crisis on the Subcontinent.
